BotBot is the UX layer for AI — helping teams design how their AI speaks, reacts, and connects. Our preview experience and waitlist let interested users learn more and get early access.

If you join the waitlist, we collect the information you provide:

• Phone number (optional)
• Company (optional)
• Project details or notes (optional)

How we use your information

• To manage the waitlist and contact you about access and updates
• To better understand interest, use cases, and how we can improve the product
• To respond to inquiries you send us

Where we store data

If configured, we store waitlist submissions in Airtable. This means your submission may be processed by Airtable as our service provider. We also keep minimal server logs to operate and secure the site.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses only essential cookies and platform features required to deliver the experience. We do not run behavioral advertising.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (like Airtable) solely to provide the service, under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

We retain waitlist data until it is no longer needed for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

• Opt-out of communications at any time via the link in messages we send.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
